After the snow came the rain, just in time for our Christmas party, which Tricia organised again. It was a treat to gather and sip mulled wine, and mull over our gardening efforts during the past year. Planting fruit trees has been a major achievement, and we’re very grateful for the memorial plum tree planted by the Interfaith Group, and the two apples we’ve inherited from the Fountainbridge gardeners. Come the spring, there will be a feast of blossom to enjoy. And, for now, two more community gardening sessions before Christmas. Do pop by and catch some yuletide spirit!
